A versatile green that's great for stir-fries. It has a generally sweet flavour with a hint of mustard. Dwarf bok choy are more leafy than the regular bok choy and it goes without saying that they are also a lot smaller. This crop is actually grown all year round in our Essex glasshouse.

Our rich spinach leaves are not only large in size, but large in flavour too. Succulent, and tender, their deep green leaves are full of excellent vitamins, iron and potassium. It is also by far one of the most versatile of vegetables. The large leaf spinach is really good for cooking with as it works out far cheaper than using pre-packed bags.
