Brussel Sprouts

December would not be complete without the Brussels sprout! Not the most loved but definitely the most famous Christmas vegetable, it coincides with the peak season for this small flavoursome vegetable.

Grown on large stems the sprout has seen a revival in recent years as more inventive ways of cooking and complimenting the vegetable have been developed. We can offer either on stem, off stem or prepared ready for the pan.
